    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. Open “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Tap “Menu
    3. Access “Call settings” > “Call blocking & Decline with Message
    4. Tap “Blocked numbers
    5. Tap “+” and perform one of the following steps:
      • To block a contact: select it and tap “Done
      • To block a call log entry: tap it and press “Done
      • To block a new phone number: enter the number and tap “Save

    Unblock Calls:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Tap “Menu
    3. Access “Call settings” > “Call blocking & Decline with message
    4. Tap “Blocked numbers” and select the phone number you want to block
    5. Tap “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm

    Block Messages:

    1. Open “Messaging
    2. Tap “Menu
    3. Access “Register spam numbers
    4. Select whether to “Delete all messages of the selected number
    5. Tap “Yes” to confirm

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Launch “Messaging
    2. Tap “Menu
    3. Go to “Spam manager
    4. Tap “Spam settings” > “Spam numbers
    5. Tap the “Trash can” icon next to the phone number you want to unblock
    6. Tap “Delete” > “Yes

    Block Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Open Google “Messenger
    2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
    3. Tap “Menu” > “People & options
    4. Tap “Block [contact / number]”

    NOTE: The blocked contact and future messages will be archived and you will no longer receive notifications from the contact.

    Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Open “Messenger” from Google
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Blocked contacts” (NOTE: this option will not be available if the block is empty)
    3. Tap “Unblock” next to the contact you want to unblock

    NOTE: The contact and conversation thread will be removed from archives.

    Manage Caller ID Settings:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings
    3. Access “More” > “Additional settings
    4. Go to “Caller ID
    5. Select “Network default”, “Hide number” or “Show number

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings
    3. Tap “More” and go to “Call forwarding
    4. Select to “Always forward
    5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to (or tap “Contacts” and select from the phonebook)
    6. Tap “Turn on

    Turn On Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings
    3. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding
    4. Under “Forward If”, choose to forward if “Busy”, “Unanswered” or “Unreachable
    5. If necessary, edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select a contact from your phonebook
    6. Tap “Update”/ “Turn on” to confirm

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Tap “Menu
    3. Go to “Call settings
    4. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding
    5. Select “Always forward” or a forwarding option to disable
    6. Tap “Turn off
