Sync iPhone Contacts With Google via iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer connected to the Internet, you can sync your iPhone’s contacts with your Google account, and then you can sync the account data – including contacts – with the ZTE device.

    1. Establish a USB connection between the iPhone and computer
    2. Launch iTunes on the computer and click the iPhone once connected
    3. Access the “Info” tab and enable “Sync Contacts With”
    4. Select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
    5. Sign in with your Google account in iTunes, or click “Configure” and select an existing account if applicable
    6. Click “Apply” to begin the sync
    7. Once the sync is done, switch to the ZTE device and register the same Google account used in iTunes. Allow the account to sync contacts with your Android phone

    Share Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts have already been backed up on your iCloud account, you can access the account on a computer connected to the Internet, and transfer the contacts in vCard format for Android use.

    1. Open the Internet browser on the computer
    2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/
    3. Sign in with your iCloud account and go to “Contacts”
    4. Select the contacts you want to share and click “Settings”
    5. Click “Export vCard”
    6. After the vCard has been downloaded on the computer, import it to “Google Contacts” using your Internet browser or:
    7. Alternatively, connect the ZTE Avid Trio to your computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and use “Contacts” to import it

    Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: The two methods above require a computer connected to the Internet, but alternatively you can use third party apps to transfer contacts without needing a computer. My Contacts Backup is an iOS third party app that can back up and share iPhone contacts via email.

    1. Launch the App Store and install “My Contacts Backup” on the iPhone
    2. Open the app and tap “Backup”
    3. Once the backup file is done, tap “Email”
    4. Create a new email and ensure the vCard backup file is attached
    5. Send the email and attachment to your own address
    6. Switch to the ZTE device, open the email and download the vCard attachment
    7. Import the vCard to your phonebook using “Contacts”

    Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Another third party app you can use is Send Anywhere for Android and iOS. The app uses a peer-2-peer connection to transfer contacts and other types of files cross-platform without requiring a computer.

    1. Open the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
    2. Launch the Google Play Store on the ZTE Avid Trio and install the same app
    3. Open the app on both smartphones
    4. On the sender device – the iPhone – tap “Send” > “Contacts”
    5. Select the desired contacts and tap “Send” again
    6. Lastly, choose a transfer method such as “Generate QR Code” on the iPhone or “Receive” on the ZTE Avid Trio and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the transfer
