Transfer Audio Files from a Windows Computer:

    1. Connect the ZTE Avid Trio to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “Media device (MTP)” / “File Transfer (MTP)” at the prompt or from the “Notification” area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Use the Explorer to locate the desired audio files on the PC storage and copy them
    5. Transfer the files on the phone storage, preferably in the “Ringtones”/ “Notification” / “Alarms” directories
    6. Once the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray and you can safely disconnect the device from the USB port

    Change the General Ringtone:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Launch “Settings”
    3. Tap “Sound & notification”
    4. Tap “Phone ringtone” and select the ringtone you want to use
    5. Tap “OK” to confirm

Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:

NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be assigned to contacts stored on the SIM card or the phone’s internal memory.

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Select the desired contact
    3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    4. Tap “Set ringtone” and select the ringtone you want to use
    5. Press “OK” to confirm

    Change the Notification Sound:

    1. Go to “Settings”
    2. Scroll to and tap “Sound & notification”
    3. Tap “Default notification sound” and select the desired notification alert
    4. Tap “OK” to confirm

    Change Email Notification Settings:

    1. Open “Email”
    2. Tap “Menu” and access “Settings”
    3. Select the desired email account
    4. Scroll to “Notification Settings” and tick or clear the “Email Notifications” check box
    5. Tap “Choose ringtone” and select the desired notification sound
    6. Optionally, tap the “Vibrate” checkbox to enable or disable vibrations when receiving emails
