Sync iPhone Contacts with Google via iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer connected to the Internet, you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account, and then sync the account data – including contacts – with the Archos smartphone.

    1. Connect the iPhone to your computer using the Lightning cable
    2. Open iTunes and click the iPhone
    3. Access the “Info” section and enable “Sync Contacts With”
    4. Select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
    5. Sign in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
    6. Click “Apply” to start the sync
    7. Once the sync is complete, switch to the Archos device and sign in with the same Google account used in iTunes
    8. Set the account so that it can sync contacts with your Android phone

Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: In case your iPhone contacts are already backed up on your iCloud account, you can access the account on a computer with an active Internet connection, and export the contacts in vCard format for Android use.

    1. Open the Internet browser on the computer
    2. Head down to https://www.icloud.com/ and sign in with your iCloud account
    3. Access “Contacts” and select the contacts you want to share
    4. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
    5. After the vCard is downloaded on the computer, follow one of these two steps:
      • Launch the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to “Google Contacts”, or:
      • Establish a USB connection between the Archos device and computer, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and import it using “Contacts”

    Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: Although the two methods above require a computer connected to the Internet, alternatively you can use third party aps to share your iPhone contacts. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can back up and transfer contacts via email.

    1. Go to the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
    2. Open the app and tap “Backup”. This will create a vCard backup file of your iPhone contacts
    3. Once done, tap “Email”
    4. Compose a new email and make sure the vCard is attached
    5. Send the email and attachment to your own address
    6. On the Archos 55 Helium Ultra, open the email and download the vCard attachment
    7. Import the vCard to your phonebook using “Contacts”

    Via “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Send Anywhere is another third party app (Android and iOS) you can use for transferring contacts and other types of files through a p2p connection, without requiring a computer.

    1. Visit the App Store and install the Send Anywhere on the iPhone
    2. Install the same app on the Archos device from the Google Play Store
    3. Open the app on both smartphones
    4. Tap “Send” > “Contacts” on the iPhone
    5. Select the desired contacts and tap “Send” again
    6. Lastly, choose a transfer method, such as “Generate QR Code” on the iPhone or “Receive” on the Android device and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process
