Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
2. Go to “Settings”
3. Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: the option might not be available if it is unsupported by your carrier)
4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to, or select a contact from the phonebook
5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Turn On Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Call forwarding”
4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
6. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Call forwarding”
4. Choose “Always forward” or a different forwarding option to turn off
5. Tap “Disable” to confirm

Block Incoming Calls:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Go to “All Contacts”
3. Tap the phone number / contact you want to block
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All Calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Access “All Contacts”
3. Select the desired contact to unblock
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Turn off “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages in Google Messenger:

1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
2. Open Google “Messenger”
3. Select the message thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
4. Tap “Menu” > “People & options”
5. Tap “Block [phone number]”
6. Tap “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived, and you will no longer receive notifications for messages received form the blocked contact.

Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:

1. Open Google “Messenger”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to unblock
4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
5. Tap “Menu” again and go to “People & options”
6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”
