    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. Tap “Contacts” on the home screen
    2. Access “All Contacts” and select the desired contact / phone number to block
    3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    4. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

    Unblock Incoming Calls:

    1. Open “Contacts” and go to “All Contacts”
    2. Select the blocked contact and tap “Edit”
    3. Tap “Menu” and disable “All Calls to voicemail”

    Block Messages using Google Messenger:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Open Google “Messenger”
    3. Select the message thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
    4. Tap “Menu” > “People & options”
    5. Tap “Block [phone number]”
    6. Tap “OK” to confirm

    NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact / number will be archived. In addition, you will no longer receive message notifications from blocked contacts.

    Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Open Google “Messenger”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
    3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Menu” again
    5. Tap “Unarchive” > “Menu” > “People & options”
    6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Press “Menu”
    3. Access “Settings” and tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it is unsupported by your carrier)
    4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward incoming calls to
    5. Tap “Enable”

    Turn On Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call forwarding” and choose to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
    4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to
    5. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
    2. Go to “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call forwarding” and select the forwarding option to turn OFF
    4. Tap “Disable”
