I choose iTunes to back up my iphone or back up my iphone to iCloud. I also know Mobiledic can backup and restore iphone data.

Back Up App Data:

1. Launch “Settings”
2. Ensure the iPhone 7 is connected to an active Wi-Fi network
3. When prompted, tap “iCloud” and sign in with your Apple ID if necessary
4. Tap the slider(s) next to the app(s) you want to back up to your iCloud account

Back Up Contacts:

1. Open “Settings”
2. Make sure the phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network
3. Tap “iCloud” and, if necessary, sign in using your Apple ID
4. Tap “Contacts” to enable the option
5. When prompted, tap “Merge” to sync your contacts with your iCloud account

Back Up Media Files:
