    Thank you for the reply. I can't connect to my account I guess, now that you mention it ?. All other functions work fine. Like I said no Outlook or Text function

    I can't sync my Nokia 920 to Outlook Windows 10. I don't receive the emails and cannot send or receive texts. The phone and all other functions work fine. I have the correct dates, the proper email entered. When I go to Outlook, then click on the small dots at lower right hand corner, click Settings it displays the rectangular frame stating "sync settings" rather dimly with the comment "settings can't be changed while syncing". I assume if it was working properly, I would tap the "sync settings" and it would sync up and solve my problem. That's the way my Nokia 900 does. I have swapped the SIM card between my Nokia 900 and all functions works fine so I can't blame the SIM card. Any help on this will surely be appreciated.
