    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Go to “All Contacts”
    3. Select the desired contact
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

    Unblock Incoming Calls:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Go to “All Contacts”
    3. Select the desired contact to unblock
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    5. Disable “All Calls to voicemail”

    Block Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Launch Google “Messenger”
    2. Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
    3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
    4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
    5. Press “OK” to confirm

    NOTE: The conversation thread exchanged with the blocked phone number / contact will be archived, and so will be all future messages from the blocked contact. Furthermore, you will no longer receive message notifications from blocked contacts / phone numbers.

    Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:

    1. Open Google “Messenger”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
    3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
    5. Tap “Menu” again and go to “People & options”
    6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

    Turn Call Forwarding ON:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” and go to “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it is not supported by your carrier)
    4. Tap “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to (alternatively you can select a contact from the phonebook)
    5. Tap “Enable”

    Turn Conditional Call Forwarding ON:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Access “Settings”
    4. Tap “Call forwarding”
    5. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
    6. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to, or select a contact form the phonebook
    7. Tap “Update” / “Enable” to confirm

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call forwarding”
    4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn OFF
    5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
