Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the Kyocera DuraForce Pro to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “File Transfer (MTP)” / “Media device (MTP)” when prompted or from the “Notification” area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer and locate the desired audio files on the PC storage
    4. Copy and transfer the files on the phone storage, preferably in the “Ringtones” / “Notifications” / “Alarms” directories
    5. After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord

    Change the General Ringtone:

    1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
    2. Go to “Settings”
    3. Scroll to “Device”
    4. Tap “Sound & Notification” and select the desired ringtone
    5. Tap “OK” to confirm
    6. Optionally, you can choose to enable or disable “Also vibrate for calls”

Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:

NOTE: You cannot set custom ringtones for contacts located on the phone’s internal memory or the SIM card.

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Tap and hold the contact whose ringtone you want to change
    3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” > “Set ringtone”
    4. Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK” to confirm

    Change the Notification Sound:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Scroll to “Device”
    3. Tap “Sound & Notification” > “Default notification ringtone”
    4. Select the desired notification ringtone and tap “OK” to confirm
