    Block / Unblock Incoming Calls:

    1. Open “Contacts
    2. Go to “All Contacts
    3. Select the contact / phone number you want to block
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu
    5. Turn “All calls to voicemail” ON

    NOTE: To unblock calls, follow the same steps above and then disable “All calls to voicemail”.

    Block Messages in Google Messenger:

    1. Open Google “Messenger
    2. Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
    3. Tap “Menu
    4. Turn “People & Options” ON
    5. Tap “Block [phone number]”
    6. Tap “OK” to confirm

    Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Launch Google “Messenger
    2. Tap “Menu
    3. Go to “Archived
    4. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to unblock
    5. Tap “Menu” and go to “Unarchive
    6. Tap “Menu” again and go to “People & options
    7. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

    Turn Call Forwarding ON:

    1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu
    2. Go to “Settings
    3. Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it is unsupported by your carrier)
    4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or select an existing contact from the phonebook
    5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone
    2. Tap “Menu” and access “Settings
    3. Go to “Call forwarding
    4. Choose to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy
    5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to, or select a contact from the phonebook
    6. Tap “Update” / “Enable

    Turn Call Forwarding OFF:

    1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu
    2. Access “Settings
    3. Tap “Call forwarding
    4. If necessary, tap the forwarding option you want to disable
    5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
