Suddenly there is a 1cent per minute charge for certain kinds of conference and other calls. T-Mobile didn't ask me, didn't inform me, didn't alert me. Instead I get an irritating little message about there being this charge that takes up my time and pisses me off at a time when T-Mob's service isn't exactly the best. I'd like CEO John Ledger to explain why he thinks I should pay this fee instead of simply finding another carrier. The idea that T-Mob can decide to charge a nonsense charge like this and just expect me to roll over and stick my ass in the air for T-Mob's entertainment and convenience is hardly my idea of customer service. At this point I need a cogent reason not to switch.
