Message and Call Blocking

Block Calls from a Number:

1. From the home screen, tap "Apps"
2. Tap "Settings" > "Call" > "Call reject"
3. Tap "Reject calls from" and touch the "Add" icon
4. Perform one of the following steps:
   
   • Tap "Contacts", select the contact you want to block and press "Done"
   • To block a new phone number, type in the number and press "Save"
   • Select the call log entry associated with the number you want to block and tap "Done"

Unblocking a Phone Number:

1. Tap "Apps" while viewing the home screen
2. Tap "Settings" and touch "Call" > "Call reject"
3. Tap "Reject calls from" and press the "Trash can" icon
4. Select the phone number you want to unblock and tap "Delete"
5. To confirm, press "Yes"

Blocking Messages from a Phone Number:

1. Open the "Messaging" application and press "Menu"
2. Tap "Spam manager" > "Spam settings"
3. Tap "Spam numbers" and touch the "+" sign
4. Enter the phone number you want to block messages from
5. Tap "Save"

Unblocking Messages from a Phone Number:

1. Launch the "Messaging" app
2. Press "Menu" and tap "Spam manager"
3. Tap "Spam settings" > "Spam numbers"
4. Tap the "trash can" icon and select the phone number you want to unblock
5. Tap "Delete" and press "Yes" to confirm

Call Log Management and Call Forwarding

Viewing and Clearing the Call Log:

1. Launch the "Phone" application
2. Tap "Call logs"
3. To view extra details about a call log entry, tap it
4. To clear the call log, press "Menu" from the call logs screen and select "Clear all"

Forwarding All Calls (Unconditional Forwarding):

1. Tap "Apps" from the home screen and go to "Settings"
2. Tap "Call" and swipe to "Incoming Call"
3. Tap "Call forwarding" > "Always forward"
4. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to. Optionally, tap "Contacts" and select a number from the phonebook
5. Tap "Turn on"

Forwarding Some Calls Only (Conditional Forwarding):

1. Access the phone's "Settings" menu
2. Tap "Call" and swipe to "Incoming Call"
3. Tap "Call forwarding" and under "Forward if", select "Busy", "Unanswered" or "Unreachable"
4. Edit the phone number you want to forward calls to if necessary. Alternatively, you can tap "Contacts" and select a number from the list
5. Tap "Update"

Cancelling Call Forwarding:

1. Go to the phone's "Settings" menu
2. Tap "Call" and swipe to "Incoming call"
3. Tap "Call forwarding" > "Always forward"
4. Tap "Disable"
