How to unhide a phone number

Block Calls:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Go to the “All Contacts” tab
3. Select the contact you want to prevent incoming calls from
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

1. Open “Contacts” and go to “All Contacts”
2. Select the desired contact and tap “Edit”
3. Tap “Menu” and turn off “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
2. Open “Messenger”
3. Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the number / contact you want to block
4. Tap “Menu” > “People & options”
5. Tap “Block (number)”. NOTE: You will still receive messages from the contact / number, but the conversation thread will be archived and you will no longer receive notifications
6. Tap “OK” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

1. Open “Messenger”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Blocked contacts”
4. Tap the number / contact you want to unblock. NOTE: The conversation thread will be removed from archives

Forward All Calls:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Select “Always forward”
5. Enter the phone number to forward calls to, or tap the “Contacts” icon to select a contact
6. Tap “Enable”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
2. Go to “Settings” and tap “Call settings”
3. Tap “Call forwarding”
4. Select to forward “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap the contacts icon to select a contact
6. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
5. Tap “Disable”
