Hello, I want to block a few calls because they are so irritating. I use an LG Aristo phone and because of this, I am searching for information online and I am glad I have found your post. I was reading edu birdie review online and when I was looking for them, I am glad I have found your post. Now, I know how can I block the calls and messages.

I cannot open my Metro ID app on my LG Aristo phone

Block Incoming Calls:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Press “Menu”
3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call blocking & Decline with message”
4. Tap “Blocked numbers” > “+”
5. Choose one of the following:
   
   • To block calls from a contact: select it and tap “Done”
   • To block a call log entry: tap it and press “Done”
   • To block a new number: enter it and tap “Save”

Unblock Calls:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Call settings” > “Call blocking & Decline with message”
4. Tap “Blocked numbers”
5. Select the number(s) you want to unblock
6. Tap “Delete” > “Yes”

Block Incoming Messages:

1. Launch “Messaging”
2. Select the desired message
3. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
4. Go to “Message blocking” and tap “Blocked numbers”
5. Tap “+” and add the desired phone number

Unblock Messages:

1. Launch “Messaging”
2. Tao the desired message
3. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
4. Access “Blocked numbers” and tap the “Trash can”
5. Select the phone number you want to unblock
6. Tap “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm

View and Reset the Call Log:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Go to “Call logs”
3. To view more details on a call log entry, select it
4. To clear call history, tap “Menu” in the “Call logs” screen
5. Then tap “Clear all” > “Yes” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
3. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
4. Select “Always forward”
5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or select an existing contact from the phone book by tapping “Contacts”
6. Tap “Turn on” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
3. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
4. Under “Forward if”, select “Busy”, “Unanswered” or “Unreachable”
5. If necessary, edit the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select an existing contact
6. Tap “Update” to confirm

Cancel Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Call settings”
4. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
5. Tap “Always forward”
6. Press “Turn off” to confirm
