Certain calls are being automatically rejected but not on the call block list

Block Calls:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Go to “Call rejection” and tap “Auto reject list”
4. Perform one of the following:
   
   • To block a phone number: enter it and select a “Match criteria” if desired
   • To block calls from a call log entry or contact: tap “Logs” or “Contacts” and select the desired contact / call log entry
   • To block unknown callers: set the “Unknown” slider to “ON”

Unblock Calls:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Go to “Call rejection” > “Auto reject list”
4. Tap the “-“ symbol next to the phone number you want to unblock

Block Messages:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap & hold the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
3. Tap “Add to spam numbers”

Unblock Messages:

1. Launch “Messages”
2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you wish to unblock
3. Tap “Remove from spam” to confirm

Block Messages via Settings:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Enable “Spam filter”
4. Tap “Manage spam numbers” and perform one of these steps:
   
   • Enter the phone number you want to block and tap “+”
   • Tap “Contacts” or “Inbox” and select a phone number / contact to block
5. Tap “Back” to confirm

Unblock Messages via Settings:

1. On the home screen, tap “Messages”
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Spam filter” > “Manage spam numbers”
4. Tap “-“ next to the number you want to unblock
5. Tap “Back” to apply the changes

Turn On Call Forwarding:

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Tap “More”
3. Open “Settings”
4. Go to “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
5. Select “Always forward”
6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding and tap “Turn on”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
2. Tap “More” > “Settings” > “More settings”
3. Tap “Call forwarding”
4. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable”
5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
6. Tap “Turn on” / “Update”

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
3. Tap “More settings”
4. Go to “Call forwarding” and select “Always forward” or a different forwarding option to disable
5. Tap “Turn off” to confirm
