Block Incoming Calls:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Access “All Contacts”
3. Select the phone number/contact you want to block
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Go to “All Contacts”
3. Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Edit”
4. Tap “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages via Google Messenger:

1. Open Google “Messenger”
2. Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
5. Press “OK”

Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:

1. Open Google “Messenger”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the number/contact you want to unblock
4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
5. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
6. Press “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
2. Go to “Settings”
3. Access “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it is not supported by your carrier)
4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to, or select an existing contact form the phonebook
5. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
2. Go to “Settings”
3. Tap “Call forwarding”
4. Select to forward incoming calls “when unanswered”, “when unreachable” or “when busy”
5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to. Alternatively, you can select a contact from the phonebook
6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Turn Call Forwarding Off:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn Off
4. Tap “Disable”
