    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Go to “All Contacts”
    3. Select the contact/phone number you want to block
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

    Unblock Incoming Calls:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Access “All Contacts”
    3. Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Edit”
    4. Tap “Menu”
    5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

    Block Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Open Google “Messenger”
    2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
    3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
    4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
    5. Tap “OK” to confirm

    Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Launch Google “Messenger”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Archived”
    4. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
    5. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
    6. Press “Menu” and tap “People & Options”
    7. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Go to “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it is unsupported by the carrier)
    4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or choose an existing contact
    5. Tap “Enable”

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Access “Call forwarding”
    4. Choose to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
    5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to. Alternatively, you can select a contact from the phonebook
    6. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. If needed, select the forwarding option you want to disable
    4. Tap “Disable” to confirm
