    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Go to “All Contacts”
    3. Select the contact / phone number you want to block
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

    Unblock Calls:

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Access “All Contacts”
    3. Select the contact you wish to unblock
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

    Block Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Launch the apps drawer
    2. Open Google “Messenger”
    3. Select the message thread / conversation exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
    4. Tap “Menu” > “People & options”
    5. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK” to confirm

    NOTE: The conversation thread as well as future messages sent by the blocked contact will be archived, and you will no longer receive notifications for these messages.

    Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Open Google “Messenger”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
    3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
    5. Tap “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
    6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Access “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it is not supported by your carrier)
    4. Enter or edit the phone number / contact you want to forward calls to
    5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Go to “Call forwarding”
    4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
    5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to
    6. Tap “Update” / “Enable” to confirm

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” and go to “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call forwarding”
    4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
    5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
