Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:

1. Connect the Alcatel device to your computer via USB
2. On the phone, enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” at the prompt or from the “Notification” area
3. Open the File Explorer on the computer and locate the desired audio files
4. Copy and transfer the files on the phone storage, preferably in the “Ringtones”, “Notifications” , “Alarms” folder(s)
5. After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord

Change the General Ringtone:

1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
2. Open “Settings” and scroll to “Device”
3. Tap “Sound & Notification”
4. Tap “Phone ringtone” and select the desired ringtone
5. Press “OK” to confirm
6. Optionally, you can choose to enable or disable “Also vibrate for calls”

Change a Contact’s Ringtone:

NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be set to contacts located on the SIM card or the phone’s internal memory.

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Tap and hold the contact whose ringtone you want to change
3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
4. Tap “Set ringtone” to select the desired contact ringtone and tap “OK”

Change the Notification Alert Sound:

1. Open “Settings” and scroll to “Device”
2. Tap “Sound & Notification”
3. Tap “Default notification ringtone”
4. Select the desired notification alert sound and tap “OK”
