A file transfer for android app could transfer everything from your phone to computer, you need to connect your phone to computer and start the app, then the app would detect your phone data automatically, you can select and check those data you want to backup.

Some Android phone is equipped with certain app on the device to backup the phone data like Samsung Kies, HTC Sync Manager, etc. However, they cannot support all Android , so I preferMobile Transfer which has lots of functions like transfer data between phones and do a backup for Android as well as restore data on Android.
