Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the Samsung phone to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” at the prompt or from the “Notification” area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate the desired audio files on the computer storage
    5. Copy and transfer the files on the phone storage, preferably in the “Ringtones” / “Notifications” / “Alarms” folder(s)
    6. After the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB port

Transfer Audio Files from a Mac Computer:

NOTE: In case Samsung Kies is already installed on the Mac, you can skip the first 3 steps below:

    1. Open the Internet browser on the Mac
    2. Visit Kies Support
    3. Click “Kies 3 for Mac” to download and install Kies
    4. Connect the Samsung device to your Mac via USB
    5. Enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” at the prompt or from the “Notification” area
    6. Open Kies on the Mac and click the “Folder” icon associated with “External memory” or “Internal memory”
    7. Open the File Finder on the Mac and locate the desired audio files on the Mac
    8. Drag and drop the files inside Kies to begin the transfer
    9. Once done, eject the phone storage by dragging and dropping the virtual drive from the desktop and into the “trash can”
    10. You can now safely disconnect the phone from the USB cord
