    Back Up App Data:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Go to the “General” tab
    3. Tap “Backup & reset”
    4. Enable “Back up my data”

    Back Up Contacts on the SD Card:

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Access the “General” tab
    3. Tap “Backup & reset” > “LG Backup”
    4. Tap “Backup & restore”
    5. Tap “Back up data” > “SD card”
    6. Select the contact(s) you want to back up and tap “Start”
    7. At the “Backup completed” prompt, tap “Done”

    Back Up Contacts on an LG Account:

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. If necessary, access the “General” tab
    3. Tap “Backup & reset” > “LG Backup”
    4. Tap “Backup & restore” > “Back up data”
    5. Select “LG Cloud” and log in with your LG account
    6. Enable “Personal data” while deselecting the other options
    7. Expand the “Personal data” option and ensure “Contacts” is selected
    8. Tap “Start” > “Done”

    Back Up Media Files on the Phone Storage:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. From the “General” tab, tap “Backup & Reset”
    3. Tap “LG Backup” > “Backup & Restore”
    4. Enable “Media data” and disable the other options
    5. Tap “Start” > “Done” to confirm

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the LG Fortune to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” at the prompt or from the “Notification” area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate the media files on your phone
    5. Copy and transfer the files in the desired backup location on the computer
    6. After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB port
