Block Incoming Calls:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Access “All Contacts”
3. Tap the contact/phone number you want to block
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Go to “All Contacts”
3. Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Edit”
4. Tap “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Incoming Messages in Google Messenger:

1. Open Google “Messenger”
2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
5. Press “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. You will no longer receive notifications for blocked messages.

Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:

1. Launch Google “Messenger”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Archived” and select the conversation exchanged with the contact/number you want to unblock
4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
5. Tap “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Access “Calling accounts”
4. Select your Sim and tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if unsupported by your carrier)
5. Tap “Always forward”
6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding and tap “OK” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings”
4. Access “Calling accounts”
5. Select your SIM and access “Call forwarding”
6. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When busy” or “When unreachable”
7. If needed, edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding

Turn Call Forwarding OFF:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Open “Settings”
4. Access “Call forwarding”
5. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
6. Tap “Disable” to confirm
