Transfer Audio Files from a PC:

    1. Connect the Samsung phone to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” when prompted or from the “Notification” area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate the desired audio files on the computer storage and copy them
    5. Paste the files on the phone storage, preferably in the “Ringtones” and/or “Notifications” folders under “Media”
    6. After the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB cord

    Change the General Ringtone:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Launch “Settings”
    3. Tap “Sounds and vibration” > “Ringtone”
    4. Select the desired ringtone and tap “Back” to confirm

Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:

NOTE: You cannot set custom ringtones for contacts stored on the phone’s internal memory or the SIM card.

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Tap the name of the desired contact
    3. Go to “Details” and tap “Edit” > “More”
    4. Tap “Ringtone” and “Allow storage permissions”
    5. Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK”
    6. Tap “Back” to confirm the changes

    Change Incoming Email Notification Settings:

    1. Open “Email”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Go to “Manage accounts”
    4. Select your email address
    5. Scroll to “Notification settings” and enable or disable “Email notifications”
    6. Additionally, you can enable or disable “Notification sound” and “Vibrate”

    Change Emergency Alert Settings:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Launch “Messages”
    3. Tap “Menu”
    4. Go to “Settings” > “Emergency alert settings”
    5. Tap “Emergency alerts”
    6. Enable or disable “Imminent extreme alerts”, “Imminent severe alerts” and/or “AMBER alerts”
