Go to Contacts and choose "Move device contacts to". You should be able to see two options - a Google Account and your device account . Choose Google Account and your contacts will be merged with it. And then log in your google account on XOLO and sync the contacts.
If you don't want to use this way, more easier method is to use 3rd party data transfer tool, that can help transfer contacts between iPhone and XOLO directly.

To effortlessly transfer contacts and other data from iPhone to an Android phone, I sincerely recommend this third-party tool - FonePaw Mobile Transfer, which enables you to move contacts, songs, photos, videos etc from iPhone to Android phone simply in one click. It will be useful when you get a new mobile phone and want to sync your data.

Sync iPhone Contacts With Google via iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer connected to the Internet, you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. You can then sync the account data, including contacts, with the XOLO Era 1X.

    1. Establish a USB connection between the iPhone and computer
    2. Launch iTunes on the PC
    3. Click the iPhone in iTunes and access the “Info” section
    4. Turn on “Sync Contacts With
    5. Select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
    6. Sign in with your Google account or, alternatively, click “Configure” and select an existing account if applicable
    7. Click “Apply” to start the sync
    8. After the sync is complete, switch to the XOLO Era 1X and sign in with the same Google account used in iTunes
    9. Set the account so that it can sync contacts with your Android device

Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts have been previously backed up on your iCloud account, you can access the account on a computer connected to the Internet, and export contacts in vCard format for Android use.

    1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
    2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/ and sign in with your iCloud account
    3. Access “Contacts” and select the contacts you want to share
    4. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard
    5. Once the vCard has been downloaded on the PC, follow one of these steps:
      • Launch the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to “Google Contacts”, or:
      • Connect the XOLO Era 1X to your computer via USB, copy the vCard to the phone storage and use “Contacts” to import the vCard to your phonebook

    Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: Although the methods above require a computer connected to the Internet, you can also transfer iPhone contacts using third party applications. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can back up and share iPhone contacts via email.

    1. Go to the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
    2. Launch the app and tap “Backup” to create a backup file containing your iPhone contacts
    3. Tap “Email” to compose a new email and ensure the vCard backup file is attached
    4. Send the email and attachment to your own address
    5. Switch to the XOLO Era 1X and open the email
    6. Download the attached vCard and use “Contacts” to import it to your phonebook

    Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Send Anywhere is another third party application for Android and iOS which can be used for transferring contacts and other file types, cross-platform, without requiring a computer.

    1. Install Send Anywhere on the iPhone via the App Store
    2. Go to the Google Play Store and install the same app on the XOLO Era 1X
    3. Launch the app on both smartphones
    4. Tap “Send” > “Contacts” on the iPhone
    5. Select the desired contacts and tap “Send
    6. Lastly, select the desired transfer method, such as “Generate QR Code” on the iPhone or “Receive” on the XOLO device, and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process
