    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Access “All Contacts”
    3. Select the phone number/contact you want to block
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

    Unblock Incoming Calls:

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Go to “All contacts”
    3. Select the desired contact to unblock
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

    Block Incoming Messages Using Google Messenger:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Launch Google “Messenger”
    3. Select the message thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Menu”
    5. Tap “People & Options” > “Block [phone number]”
    6. Tap “OK” to confirm

    NOTE: The conversation thread exchanged with the blocked contact will be archived, same as any future messages received from the blocked contact. In addition, you will no longer receive notifications for messages from blocked contacts.

    Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:

    1. Open Google “Messenger”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Access “Archived”
    4. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact whose messages you want to unblock
    5. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
    6. Tap “Menu” again and go to “People & Options”
    7. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Go to “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might not be available if it’s not supported by your carrier)
    4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
    5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Go to “Call forwarding”
    4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When busy” or “When unanswered”
    5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
    6. Tap “Update” / “Enable” to confirm

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
    4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
    5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
