    No such thing as a corporate owned store in this state. All the stores want to do sell you a new or better phone.

    i've the same problem, i can receive/reply text message but not send on my own. Cricket reset my phone with different codes, but still not working. The case escalated to their higher tech. support 3 times but they still can't figure out the cause. I never had this issue with my previous carriers. It has been over a month now, I even complaint to their supervisor, but again, they can't fix it. One of the service rep. told me "just cancel your service", it's so unprofessional. Cricket SUCKS!!!

    i had this problem my wife text me and i replied and he got it so went to ,y out box and locked her messge sowhen i text her i would hit reply and it would then send it

    If cricket user having technical problems with their handset and they have called tech support and reset the phone several times(and dialed *228 for over the air programming) , there will be two options to fix the issue. 1. Ask the customer representative to escalate the issue to a higher technical support department (and somebody will contact you within 1-2 business days for a more advance resolution). 2. Bring your phone to any full service cricket store (corporate owned store) and let an authorized cricket technician check the phone because the problem may not be in the cricket network but on the handset itself...

    i had the same problem and did the same thing...i reset it but didnt work i was sending pix msg and then i finally found out that i had to pay extra for the service....but also sometimes i wouldnt receive my text msg.

    I have the same problem ! my criket phone that i purchased will let me recieve messages but i cannot send them.i called the company and they reset my phone 3 times,and i still have the same problem......CRICKET SUCKS !

    My fiancee just bought a Samsung phone yesterday with the Carrier Cricket and is able to send but not receive messages. She called tech support and they reset her phone as well as gave her the code to reset it herself, with still no fix. Anyone else have this problem or have found a fix/ solution to this issue?
