    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Go to “All Contacts”
    3. Select the contact/phone number you want to block
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    5. Turn “All calls to voicemail” ON

    Unblock Incoming Calls:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Access “All contacts”
    3. Select the contact you wish to unblock
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    5. Turn “All calls to voicemail” OFF

    Block Incoming Messages in Google Messenger:

    1. Open the apps drawer and launch Google “Messenger”
    2. Tap the message thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
    3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
    4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

    NOTE: The conversation thread as well as future messages from the blocked contact/number will be archived. Furthermore, you will not receive notifications for archived messages.

    Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:

    1. Open Google “Messenger”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
    3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
    5. Press “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
    6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]” to confirm

    Turn ON Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Access “Call forwarding” (NOTE: This option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
    4. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to
    5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Access “Call forwarding”
    4. Choose to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When busy” or “When unanswered”
    5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
    6. Tap “Enable” / “Update” to confirm

    Turn Call Forwarding OFF:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Access “Settings”
    4. Tap “Call forwarding” and if necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
    5. Tap “Disable”
