    Transfer Audio Files from a PC:

    1. Connect the Samsung phone to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” when prompted or from the “Notification” area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate the desired audio files on the PC storage
    5. Copy and transfer the files on the phone storage, preferably in the “Ringtones” / “Notifications” folder(s)
    6. Once the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord

    Change the General Ringtone:

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Scroll to and tap “Sounds and vibration”
    3. Tap “Ringtone”
    4. Select the desired ringtone
    5. Tap “Back” to confirm

    Change a Specific Contact’s Ringtone:

    NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be assigned for contacts located on the SIM card or the phone’s internal memory.

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Select the desired contact and tap “Edit”
    3. Tap “More” > “Ringtone”
    4. Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK”
    5. Press “Back” to confirm

    Change Incoming Email Notification Settings:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Scroll to and tap “Sounds and vibration”
    3. Tap “Notification sound”
    4. Choose to change the notification sound for “Message notifications”, “Calendar notifications”, “Email notifications” and “Default notification settings”

    Change Emergency Alert Settings:

    1. Open “Messages”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Access “Emergency alert settings”
    4. Tap “Emergency alert”
    5. Select to enable or disable “Imminent extreme alerts”, “Imminent severe alerts” or “AMBER alerts”

    NOTE: Presidential alerts are enabled by default and cannot be turned off.
