Unable to send text using short code

Block Incoming Calls:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Block number”
4. Follow one of the steps below:
   
   • To block a phone number: enter it and ensure “Match criteria” is set to “Default”
   • To block a contact/phone number from logs/phonebook: access “Contacts” and go to “Logs” or “Contacts” and select the contact/phone number you want to block
   • To block unknown numbers: enable “Block anonymous calls”

Unblock Calls:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Tap “Settings” > “Block numbers”
4. Tap “-“ next to the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Block Messages from Settings:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Block messages” and enable the option
4. Tap “Block list” / “Block number”
5. Enter the phone number you want to block and tap “+” or go to “Contacts” or “Inbox” and select a number
6. Tap “Back” to confirm

Block Messages from a Message Thread:

1. Launch “Messages”
2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the desired phone number
3. Tap “Menu” > “Block number”
4. Tap “Message block” and enable the option
5. Press “OK” to confirm

Unblock Messages from Settings:

1. Open “Message”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tick the “Block messages” check box
4. Tap “Block list” / “Block number”
5. Tap “-“ next to the phone number you want to unblock
6. Tap “Back” to confirm

Unblock Messages from a Conversation Thread:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number you want to unblock
3. Tap “Menu” > “Block number”
4. Tap “Message block”
5. Set the slider “OFF” and tap “OK” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “More settings”
4. Go to “Call forwarding”
5. Tap “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
6. Tap “Turn ON” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Access “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Choose to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when unanswered”
5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
6. Tap “Turn ON” to confirm

Turn Call Forwarding OFF:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
4. Access “Call forwarding”
5. Tap “Always forward” > “Turn OFF” to confirm
