Hello, I have an old PCD TE-1303MX phone, it's a Blackberry type phone. On the menu it tells me I can connect to my Yahoo and Google mail accounts, and also the internet, but I have been unsuccessful in doing so. For the email accounts, I typed in all the require information, although I wasn't I'm not sure what to type in under "Mailbox Type" and followed the prompts, but when I try to log in to either account I get a message that says: "Connection Failed! Check the net and your account." For the internet connection, it says I must have a Movistar WAP or Internet Movistar connection. How do I do that?
