    Back Up and Restore App Data:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Go to “Settings”
    3. Under “Personal”, tap “Backup & reset”
    4. To back up app data, Wi-Fi passwords, and settings to your Google account, enable “Back up my data”
    5. To allow data to be restored automatically upon reinstalling apps or signing in with your backup account, enable “Automatic Restore”

    Back Up and Restore Contacts:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Access “Accounts”
    3. Select an account type and the account you want to use for syncing your contacts
    4. Make sure “Contacts” is checked
    5. Tap “Menu” > “Sync Now”

    NOTE: You can restore contacts automatically the next time you sign in with your backup account.

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the Panasonic P85 to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” when prompted or from the “Notification” area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate and copy the media files on the phone
    5. Transfer the files in the desired backup location on the computer storage
    6. After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord

    Restore Media Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the Panasonic device to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” when prompted or from the “Notification” area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate and copy the media backup files
    5. Transfer the files on the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” directory or the folder(s) they originate from
    6. After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB port
