    Block Messages:

    1. Open “Messaging
    2. Select the message/conversation exchanged with the contact you want to block
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Blocked number
    4. Select “Delete all messages from this number
    5. Tap “Block” to confirm

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Open “Messaging” and select the desired message or conversation
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings
    3. Tap “Message blocking” > “Blocked numbers
    4. Tap the “Trash can” icon and tap “Remove” to confirm

    Block Calls:

    1. Open “Phone
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings
    3. Go to “Call blocking & Decline with message
    4. Tap “Blocked numbers” > “+
    5. Perform one of the following:
      • To block a contact: select the contact and tap “Done
      • To block a call log entry: select it and tap “Done
      • To block a new number: enter the number and tap “save

    Unblock Calls:

    1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu
    2. Tap “call settings” > “Call blocking & Decline with message
    3. Access “Blocked numbers” and select the phone number you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm

    View and Reset the Call Log:

    1. Open “Phone
    2. Access “Call logs
    3. To view details on a call log, select it
    4. To clear the call log tap “Menu” in “Call logs
    5. Then tap “Delete all” > “Delete” to confirm

    Change Caller ID Settings:

    1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu
    2. Go to “call settings
    3. Tap “More” > “Additional settings
    4. Tap “Caller ID” and select “Network default”, “Hide number” or “Show number

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings
    3. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding
    4. Select “Always forward
    5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or tap “Contacts” and select acontact from the phonebook
    6. Tap “Turn On” to confirm

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings
    3. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding
    4. Under “Forward if”, select “Busy”, “Unanswered” or “Unreachable
    5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively, tap “Contacts” and select one from the phonebook
    6. Tap “Turn On

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings
    3. Tap “More
    4. Go to “Call forwarding
    5. Tap “Always forward” > “Turn OFF
