Block Calls:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Block numbers” and follow one of the steps below:
   
   • To block a new phone number: enter it and ensure the match criteria is set to “default”
   • To block a contact/ call log entry: Open “Contacts” and go to “Contacts” or “Recents”. Select the contact/call log entry to block
   • To block unknown callers: enable “Block unknown callers”

Unblock Calls:

1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
2. Go to “Settings” > “Block numbers”
3. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Block Messages from Settings:

1. Launch “Messages”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Go to “Block messages”
4. Tap “Block numbers” and enter the phone number you want to block
5. Alternatively, tap “+” and go to “Contacts” or “Inbox” to block an existing contact/phone number
6. Tap “Back” to confirm

Block Messages from a Phone Number:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Tap “Block numbers” > “Message block”
4. Set the slider “ON” and tap “OK”

Unblock Messages:

1. Launch “Messages”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Access “Block messages” > “Block numbers”
4. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the phone number you want to unblock
5. Tap “Back” to confirm

Reset the Call Log:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Access the “Recents” tab
3. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
4. Select the call log entry you want to remove, or alternatively tap “All”
5. Tap “Delete” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Go to “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Tap “Always forward”
5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to and tap “Turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Choose to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable”
5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
6. Tap “Turn ON”

Turn Call Forwarding OFF:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings”
4. Access “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
5. If necessary, select the desired call forwarding option to disable
6. Tap “Turn OFF” to confirm
