    Block Calls:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “Block numbers”
    4. Follow one of the steps below:
      • To block a new phone number: enter it and make sure match criteria is set to “default”
      • To block a contact/call log entry: launch “Contacts” and access “Contacts” or “Recents”, then select the contact/call log entry you want to block
      • To block unknown callers: enable “Block unknown callers”

    Unblock Calls:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “Block numbers”
    4. Tap the “-“ symbol next to the phone number/contact you want to unblock

    Block Messages from Settings:

    1. Launch “Messages”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Access “Block messages”
    4. Tap “Block numbers”
    5. Enter the phone number you want to block, or tap “+” and select a contact/phone number from “Contacts” or “Inbox”
    6. Tap “Back” to confirm

    Block Messages:

    1. Open “Messages”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers”
    3. Tap “Message block” and set the slider “ON”
    4. Tap “OK”

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Open “Messages”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Go to “Block messages” > “Block numbers”
    4. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the phone number you want to unblock
    5. Press “Back”

    Clear the Call Log:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Go to “Recents” and tap “Menu” > “Delete”
    3. Select the call log entry you want to clear, or select “All”
    4. Tap “Delete” to confirm

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
    4. Tap “Call forwarding” > “Always forward”
    5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
    6. Tap “Turn on”

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
    4. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable”
    5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
    6. Tap “Turn ON”

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Go to “More settings”
    4. Tap “Call forwarding”
    5. If necessary, select the call forwarding option you want to disable
    6. Tap “Turn Off” to confirm
