Block Incoming Calls:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings”
4. Tap “Block numbers”
5. Follow one of the steps below:
   
   • To block a phone number: enter it and ensure the match criteria is set to “default”
   • To block a contact/call log entry: open “Contacts” and go to “Contacts” or “Recents”. Then, select the contact/call log entry you want to block
   • To block unknown callers: enable “Block unknown callers”

Unblock Calls:

1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
2. Tap “Settings” > “Block numbers”
3. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the contact/phone number you want to unblock

Block Messages from Settings:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Go to “Block messages” > “Block numbers”
4. Enter the phone number you want to block or tap “+” and select a phone number/contact from “Inbox” or “Contacts”
5. Tap “back” to confirm

Block Messages:

1. Launch “Messages”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers”
3. Tap “Mesasge block” and enable the feature
4. Tap “OK” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings” > “Block messages”
4. Tap “Block numbers”
5. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the phone number you want to unblock
6. Press “Back” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Access “Settings”
4. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
5. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
6. Tap “Turn on”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “More settings”
4. Tap “Call forwarding”
5. Select to “Forward when busy”, “Forward when unanswered” or “Forward when unreachable”
6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
7. Tap “Turn ON”

Turn Call Forwarding Off:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings” > “More settings”
4. Tap “Call forwarding”
5. If necessary, select the call forwarding option you want to disable and tap “Turn Off”

Reset the Call Log:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Access “Recents”
3. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
4. Select the call log entry you want to delete or tap “All”
5. Tap “Delete”
