Hi, Its been more than 2 weeks I am experiencing problem with data plan. I have a postpaid connection & its been 2 weeks I am getting 2G internet on my phone constantly even after knowing that I haven't crossed limit of my data plan. I visited T-Mobile store yesterday & got to know that T-Mobile is sending alerts to all obsolete phone to update their phone, which typically means they want us to discard the phone we are using & take new one.

I totally did not understand the purpose behind this. I am using one plus 2 Which I bought last year itself.

Does anybody have any idea regarding this ?
