I have the 4S too and bought a Note II. I guess the process is just the same when using Keis. I have Windows 7 - 64bit as well and I was able to transfer photos, music, videos, and contacts to my phone. It also transferred some of my MMS and text messages but only those from the iMessage. I'm not sure but I think I encountered a similar problem too. Use another backup file if you have more than one backup saved. If not backup your iPhone again and use that latest backup and see if it works. Also try not to transfer all the data at once. Just do one after the other and see if it works.

I have recently purchased Samsung Galaxy SIII LTE 4G (i9305), prior of using Samsung galaxy I was using iPhone4S (doesn't have any encrypted data).

I want to transfer all my contacts, SMSs, MMSs to my new phone.

I am using windows 7 64-bit

I tried to follow the procedure below :

1: Before starting take a backup of all of your data and save on your system.
2: Start Samsung Kies-> Connect Your SGS 3 ,plus stay connected to your tab as well.
3: Goto Main page -> Select (basic summary) something similar to this.
4: At the base of your screen you can see : Transfer your BackUp data from Non-Samsung Device
5: You also have to select iphone 4 backup
6: Select the files you need to transfer to SGS3
7: Transfer

The error message that I am getting is

Cannot read the backup file information. Please select a valid backup file.

Can you advise what should I do to overcome this issue ?
