Share iPhone Contacts with Google via iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer connected to the Internet, you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. Then you can sync the account data including contacts with the Android phone.

    1. Connect the iPhone to your computer via USB
    2. Launch iTunes on the computer
    3. Go to “Info” and enable “Sync Contacts With”
    4. Select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
    5. Sign in with your Google account or click “Configure”
    6. Select an existing account and click “Apply” to start the sync
    7. After the sync is done, switch to the BLU R2 LTE and sign in with the same Google account used in iTunes
    8. Allow the account to sync contacts with your Android phone

Share iPhone Contacts from an iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts have already been backed up on your iCloud account, you can access the account on a computer with Internet access and export the contacts in a vCard file for Android use.

    1. Open the Internet browser on the computer
    2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/
    3. Sign in with your iCloud account
    4. Go to “Contacts” and select the contact you want to share
    5. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
    6. After the vCard has been downloaded, follow one of the steps below:
      • Open the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to “Google Contacts” or:
      • Connect the BLU R2 to your computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and import it to your phonebook via “Contacts”

    Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: While the two methods above require a computer connected to the Internet, alternatively you can share your iPhone contacts using third party applications. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can back up and share iPhone contacts via email.

    1. Go to the App Store and install “My contacts Backup” on the iPhone
    2. Launch the app and tap “Backup”
    3. After the backup is done, tap “Email”
    4. Compose a new email and make sure the vCard is attached
    5. Send the email and attachment to your own address
    6. Open the email on the BLU R2 LTE and download the vCard attachment
    7. Import the vCard to your phonebook via “Contacts”

    Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Another third party app you can use is Send Anywhere, available on Android and iOS. The app uses a peer-2-peer connection to share contacts and other file types, cross-platform, without requiring a PC.

    1. Visit the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
    2. Open the Google Play Store and install the same app on the Android device
    3. Launch the app on both smartphones
    4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts”
    5. Select the desired contacts and tap “Send”
    6. Lastly, select the desired transfer method on one of the devices and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process
