    Share iPhone Contacts Using iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer connected to the Internet, you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account, and then you can sync your account data, including contacts, with the Lava A44.

    1. Connect the iPhone to your computer via USB
    2. Launch iTunes and select your iPhone
    3. Go to “Info” and enable “Sync Contacts With”
    4. Select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
    5. Sign in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
    6. Click “Apply” to start the sync
    7. After the sync is complete, switch to the Moto device and sign in with the same Google account used in iTunes
    8. Set the account so that it can sync contacts with your Android phone

Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts have been previously backed up on your iCloud account, you can access the account on a computer connected to the Internet and export the contacts in a vCard file for use on Android.

    1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
    2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/
    3. Sign in with your iCloud account
    4. Access “Contacts” and select the contacts you want to share
    5. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
    6. Once the vCard has been downloaded on the computer, perform one of the following steps:
      • Open the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to “Google Contacts” or:
      • Connect the Lava A44 to your computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage, and use “Contacts” to import it to your phonebook

    Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: Although the two methods above require a computer connected to the Internet, alternatively you can share your iPhone contacts using third party apps. My Contacts Backup is an iOS third party app that can backup and share iPhone contacts via email.

    1. Go to the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
    2. Open the app and tap “Backup”. This will create a vCard backup file containing your iPhone contacts
    3. After the vCard is done, tap “Email”
    4. Compose a new email and make sure the vCard is attached
    5. Send the vCard and attachment to your own address
    6. On the Lava A44, open the email and download the vCard attachment
    7. Import the vCard to your phonebook using “Contacts”

    Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Another third party app you can use is Send Anywhere, available on iOS and Android. The app uses a peer-2-peer connection to share contacts and other file types, cross-platform, without requiring a computer.

    1. Go to the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
    2. Install the same app on the Lava A44 from the Play Store
    3. Launch the app on both smartphones
    4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts” and select the desired contacts
    5. Tap “Send” and select the desired transfer method on one of the phones
