Block Incoming Calls:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Access “All Contacts”
3. Select the phone number/contact you want to block
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Go to “All Contacts”
3. Select the contact you want to unblock
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Incoming Messages:

1. Open Google Messenger
2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation thread exchanged with the contact will be archived. Future messages from the blocked contact will be archived as well. Notification alerts are disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

1. Open Google Messenger
2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
5. Tap “Menu” again and go to “People & Options”
6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Go to “Calling accounts”
4. Select your SIM and tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be disabled if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
5. Select “Always forward”
6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or select a contact from the phonebook
7. Tap “OK” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Go to “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Calling accounts”
4. Select your SIM card”
5. Go to “Call forwarding”
6. Choose an available forwarding option such as forwarding “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
7. If necessary, enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings”
4. Tap “Call forwarding”
5. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
6. Tap “Disable” to confirm
