    Back Up & Restore App Data:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Scroll to “Personal”
    3. Tap “Backup & reset”
    4. Enable “Back up my data” to back up passwords, settings, and app data to your Google backup account
    5. Enable “Automatic Restore” to allow app data, passwords, and settings to be restored automatically when reinstalling apps or signing in with the backup account

    Back Up and Restore Contacts:

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Go to “Accounts”
    3. Select an account type and the account you want to use for backing up the contact
    4. Enable “Contacts” if necessary
    5. Tap “Menu” > “Sync Now”

    NOTE: To restore contacts, sign in with your Google backup account and allow it to sync contacts with your device.

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the BLU device to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” when prompted or from the “Notification” area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Copy and paste the files in the desired backup location on the computer
    5. Once the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB cord

    Restore Media Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the BLU device to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” at the prompt or from the “Notification” area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer and locate the media file backups on the PC storage
    4. Copy and transfer the backup files on the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” directory
    5. Once the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB port
