    Back Up & Restore App Data:

    1. Open Settings
    2. Scroll to Personal
    3. Tap Backup & reset
    4. Enable Back up my data to back up passwords, settings, and app data to your Google backup account
    5. Enable Automatic Restore to allow app data, passwords, and settings to be restored automatically when reinstalling apps or signing in with the backup account

    Back Up and Restore Contacts:

    1. Launch Settings
    2. Go to Accounts
    3. Select an account type and the account you want to use for backing up the contact
    4. Enable Contacts if necessary
    5. Tap Menu > Sync Now

    NOTE: To restore contacts, sign in with your Google backup account and allow it to sync contacts with your device.

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the BLU device to your computer via USB
    2. Enable Media device / File Transfer when prompted or from the Notification area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Copy and paste the files in the desired backup location on the computer
    5. Once the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB cord

    Restore Media Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the BLU device to your computer via USB
    2. Enable Media device / File Transfer at the prompt or from the Notification area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer and locate the media file backups on the PC storage
    4. Copy and transfer the backup files on the phone storage, preferably in the Media directory
    5. Once the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB port
