    Back Up & Restore App Data:

    1. Launch Settings
    2. Scroll to Personal
    3. Tap Backup & reset
    4. Enable Back up my data to back up settings, passwords, and app data to your Google backup account
    5. Enable Automatic Restore to allow app data, settings, and passwords to be automatically restored when signing in with the backup account or reinstalling apps

    Back Up & Restore Contacts:

    1. Open Settings
    2. Access Accounts
    3. Select an account type
    4. Tap the account you want to use for contact backup
    5. Ensure Contacts is checked
    6. Tap Menu > Sync Now

    NOTE: To restore the contacts, log in to your Google backup account and sync them with your phone.

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows PC:

    1. Establish a USB connection between the BLU device and computer
    2. Enable File Transfer / Media device at the prompt or from the Notification area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Copy and transfer the files in the desired backup location on the computer
    5. After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB port

    Restore Media Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the BLU device to your computer via USB
    2. Enable File Transfer / Media device when prompted or form the Notification area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate the media file backups on the computer storage
    5. Copy and paste the backup files on the phone storage, preferably in the Media folder
    6. After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord
