    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Go to “All contacts”
    3. Select the contact/phone number you want to block
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

    Unblock Incoming Messages:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Access “All contacts”
    3. Select the contact you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    5. Turn “All calls to voicemail” Off

    Block Incoming Messages:

    1. Launch Google Messenger
    2. Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
    3. Tap “Menu”
    4. Go to “People & Options”
    5. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

    NOTE: The conversation thread exchanged with the contact will be archived. Future messages sent by the blocked contact will also be archived. Notifications are disabled for archived messages.

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Open Google Messenger
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Archived”
    4. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
    5. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
    6. Tap “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
    7. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Settings”
    4. Access “Calling accounts”
    5. Select your SIM and tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be missing if unsupported by your carrier)
    6. Tap “Always forward”
    7. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively you can select an existing contact
    8. Tap “OK”

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “Calling accounts”
    4. Select your SIM card
    5. Access “Call forwarding”
    6. Select an available forwarding option such as “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
    7. If necessary, edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
    4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
    5. Tap “Disable”
