    Back Up and Restore App Data:

    1. Open “Settings
    2. Scroll to “Personal
    3. Tap “Backup & reset
    4. Enable “Back up my data” to back up settings, Wi-Fi passwords, and app data to your account
    5. Enable “Automatic Restore” to allow app data, passwords, and settings to be restored when signing in with the account or reinstalling apps

    Back Up and Restore Contacts:

    1. Open “Settings
    2. Go to “Accounts
    3. Select an account type and an account to use for backup
    4. If necessary, tick the “Contacts” check box
    5. Tap “Menu” > “Sync Now

    NOTE: You can restore contacts the next time you sign in with the Google account and syncing the account data with the device.

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the BLU Grand XL LTE to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” when prompted or from the “Notification” area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Copy the media files from the phone and transfer them in the desired backup location on the computer
    5. Once the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB port

    Restore Media Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the Android device to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” at the prompt or from the “Notification” area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate the media file backups on the computer storage
    5. Copy and transfer the backup files on the phone storage, preferably in the “Media” directory
    6. Once the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect it from the USB port
