    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “More”
    3. Go to “Settings”
    4. Access “Call rejection”
    5. Tap “Auto reject list” and follow one of the steps below:
      • To block a phone number: enter it and ensure “Exactly the same as” is enabled
      • To block a call log entry / contact: access “Logs” or “Contacts” and select the desired phone number
      • To block unknown callers: enable “Unknown”

    Unblock Incoming Calls:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “More”
    3. Access “Settings”
    4. Tap “Call rejection” > “Auto reject list”
    5. Tap “-“ next to the phone number you want to unblock

    Block / Unblock Messages:

    1. Open “Messages”
    2. Tap and hold the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
    3. Tap “Add to spam numbers”

    NOTE: to unblock messages, follow the steps above and tap “Remove from spam” at the last step

    Block Messages in Settings:

    1. Open “Messages”
    2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
    3. Go to “Spam filter”
    4. Tap “Manage spam numbers”
    5. Enter the phone number you want to block or tap “Inbox” / “Contacts” and select the desired phone number
    6. Tap “Back” to confirm

    Unblock Messages in Settings:

    1. Open “Messages”
    2. Tap “More” > “Settings”
    3. Go to “Spam filter” > “Manage spam numbers”
    4. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the phone number / contact you want to unblock
    5. Tap “Back” to confirm

    Enable “Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “More”
    3. Go to “Settings”
    4. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
    5. Select “Always forward”
    6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
    7. Tap “Turn on” to confirm

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “More”
    3. Go to “Settings”
    4. Tap “More settings”
    5. Access “Call forwarding”
    6. Select to “Forward when unanswered”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when busy”
    7. Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to
    8. Tap “Update” / “Turn on” to confirm

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “More” > “Settings” > “More settings”
    3. Tap “Call forwarding”
    4. If necessary, select the call forwarding option you want to disable
    5. Tap “Turn off” to confirm
