    Thanks for the detailed description! I've never used the cell phone of this company before. But it's quite easy to restore Media Files from a PC.

    Back Up and Restore App Data:

    1. Launch “Settings
    2. Scroll to “Personal
    3. Tap “Backup & reset
    4. Enable “Back up my data” to back up Wi-Fi passwords, app data, and settings to your Google account
    5. Enable “Automatic restore” to allow app data, passwords, and settings to be restored automatically when signing in with the backup account

    Back Up and Restore Contacts:

    1. Open “Settings
    2. Access “Accounts
    3. Select an account type and the account you want to use for contact backup
    4. Tick the “Contacts” check box
    5. Tap “Menu” > “Sync Now

    NOTE: You can restore contacts the next time you log in with the backup account.

    Back Up Media Files on a PC:

    1. Connect the Android device to your computer via USB
    2. Enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” at the prompt or from the “Notification” area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Copy and transfer the files in the desired backup location on the PC
    5. After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect it from the USB

    Restore Media Files from a PC:

    1. Connect the android device to your PC via USB
    2. Enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” at the prompt or from the “Notification” area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate the media file backups on the PC
    5. Copy and transfer the files in the desired backup location on the PC
    6. After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect it from the USB port
