    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Go to “Call logs”
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
    4. Under “General”, tap “Call blocking & decline with message”
    5. Tap “Blocked numbers” > “+”
    6. Access “Contacts”, “Call logs” or “New number”
    7. Select or enter the phone number you want to block
    8. Tap “Done”

    Unblock Calls:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Call logs” > “Menu” > “Call settings”
    3. Tap “Call blocking & decline with message” under “General”
    4. Access “Blocked numbers”
    5. Tap the “Trash can” icon linked with the phone number you want to unblock
    6. Tap “Remove” to confirm

    Block Incoming Messages:

    1. Open Messaging
    2. Tap the message sent by the phone number/contact you want to block
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Block number” > “Block”

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Open Messaging
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “Message blocking” under “General”
    4. Go to “Blocked numbers”
    5. Tap the “trash can” icon associated with the contact you want to unblock
    6. Press “Remove”

    Reset the Call Log:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Access “Call logs”
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Clear call”
    4. Tap “Clear call” again to confirm

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Access “Call logs”
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
    4. Under “Advanced” tap “More”
    5. Tap “Call forwarding” under “Others”
    6. Select to “Always forward”
    7. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select one from the phonebook
    8. Tap “Turn On” to confirm

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Go to “Call logs”
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings” > “More”
    4. Tap “Call forwarding” under “Others”
    5. Tap “Always forward” > “Turn off”

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. From “Call logs” tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
    3. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding” under “Advanced”
    4. Under “Forward if”, select to forward if “Unanswered”, “Unreachable” or “Busy”
    5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding and tap “Update”
    6. Alternatively, tap “Contacts” and select an existing account
    7. Tap “Turn On”

    Disable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Call logs” > “Menu” > “Call settings”
    3. Tap “More” under “Advanced”
    4. Tap “Call forwarding” under “Others”
    5. If necessary, tap the forwarding option you want to disable
    6. Tap “Turn Off”
